Sceptre blocked

Sceptre, well known for being an anti-Kurt Weber was blocked when it was discovered that he used the IP 78.105.113.152 , that was a sockpuppet used by Sceptre to vandalize Kurt Weber's user page (Diffs: 1 2 3 4). It is also known that Sceptre filled a request for arbitration against Kurt Weber (where I refrained from participating). The block was made by FT2 with expiry set to infinite (see block log).
